Kellena joined Paragon in 2014 with over 20 years of business management and strategic growth experience across a number of industries. Kellena’s goal in building Paragon is to position the company as a true partner to our customers through superior customer service and product by working closely with our customer’s to ensure we are listening to their needs and responding beyond their expectations.
Pam has been a member of the Paragon team since 2015 with over 20+ years of experience working in customer service and the furniture industry. As Customer Service Manager, she acts as a liaison between the customers and the mill production team. She strives to capture feedback to continue to improve the customer service and ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations. Pam believes that the customer is the most important part of Paragon and strives to build trust and long term relationships with Paragon’s customers.
Nellie has been a major contributor to the textile industry promoting on trend forecasting, color direction, and original quality constructions. She received her BFA in Textile Design from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and studied Interior Design at Rhode Island School of Design. Nellie has traveled the world for evolving trends in color, fabric construction, and break-through technologies and strives to pass the knowledge gained on to Paragon’s customers through launch of innovative lines or collaboration with specific customers.
David Crowder has been with Paragon since we launched in 2007. He has over 30 years’ experience working in all phases of jacquard, print and plain fabric design development, including 18 years design consulting with his former company Mastercraft. During his time with Paragon, he has spent an extensive amount of time in China working directly with the mill to create many of our key designs and help shape our collections.
Bob is a third generation, experienced sales person whose entire career has been dedicated to supplying the furniture industry. He possesses an understanding of identifying and developing product to address market trends and has exposure to all facets of the customers manufacturing and retail processes to bring product to the consumer.
Steven joined Paragon in 2014 managing the supply chain and has since transitioned into sales in the West Coast territory. With over 15 years of experience in supply chain handling products coming out of Asia, Steven works to manage projects in a professional and timely manner with customer satisfaction as his goal. He believes in honesty and good faith and always strives for improvement and efficiency.
Brandon Koel has 5 years industry experience with a keen knowledge of the upholstery business and is committed to providing excellent customer service and fulfilling all of his customers upholstery fabric needs. Brandon is Paragon’s full time Canadian sales representative, he works hard, enjoys working with customers and is passionate about sales.
